1. Nature of Early Access
Washtra is currently conducting pre-launch waitlist registration and demand pooling. Submitting our survey reserves your placement on the early access queue.
Participation in this survey is completely free and does not constitute a commercial contract, service guarantee, or transactional obligation. We reserve the right to coordinate and schedule deployment dates in gated communities based on localized logistics and overall community interest metrics.
2. Accurate Representation
To maintain the integrity of our launch schedules, users must provide accurate and truthful representations of their gated community name and villa/flat number.
Automated script runs, bulk submission spam, or duplicate entries using multiple dummy contact details for the same physical unit to game or inflate locality demand are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to flag or remove any registrations that violate these guidelines.
3. Referral & Rewards Program
Washtra offers early access sharing perks. If you refer neighbours using your unique referral link:
- Referral tracking requires a valid WhatsApp mobile number to link invitations correctly.
- Perks or free service offers promised during the waitlist phase are subject to terms and will be credited upon the successful official launch of Washtra operations in your community.
- Fake or self-referred registrations created to artificially inflate invite numbers will be discarded.
4. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as we transition from pre-launch demand aggregation into fully active commercial operations. Any updates will be reflected on this page.
